20 Bicep curls

20 Push ups
10 Leg Raises
20 Reverse Crunches
10 Lateral lunges
20 Squats jumps


Men use 30-50 pound DB
Women use 10-20 pound DB


1 mile cool down and 100 crunches

  1. Pretty lame excuse, but I got kicked out of the gym before I could work out! They closed early to prepare for the snow! Sorry I dont have 30-50 pound weights at home.
