Quick fix

Follow the reps listed below for three rounds:
first round is 21, second is 15 third is 9
21-15-9

Lunges
Split jumps
Seated knee tucks
KB/DB swings
Push ups

Guys use 30lb KB/DB
Ladies use 10-15lb KB/DB

1 mile cool down and 50 tricep extension and 50 crunches
